in browser automation, for the ai-job-search project's job application workflow.

Context: verifying whether chrome-devtools-mcp's upload_file tool can attach a
host filesystem file to a web form, as an alternative to the broken
mcp__claude-in-chrome__file_upload tool (which rejects host paths).
